Cattle & Horses
Haul Slip from state of origin (Idaho Haul Slips are available at Check-In. Washington Transportation Certificate books are available for purchase in the office)
Current physical and mailing address, phone number.
Proof of ownership on livestock carrying a brand that does not belong to consignor
All Out-of-State horses, donkeys and mules must have a negative coggins test within the past 12 months prior to consignment for sale. Per Idaho rule IDAPA 02.04.21
Lewiston Veterinary Clinic will be on-site to do any testing or vaccinating at the request of the consignor.
All heifers will be Bangs vaccinated before entering the ring. Cows and heifers without a Bangs tag can only be sold to certified feedlots
Out of state horses must have current Health and Coggins test IN HAND before consignment
Hogs, Sheep, Goats

**Sheep and Goats will need to be scrapies vaccinated by our on-site vet, or tag numbers recorded at time of check-in. All scapies tags administered at time of check-in will be charged $5.00 per tag. **
